Kerry is a credentialed healthcare executive with more than a decade of experience leading high-volume, multi-location surgical and specialty practices across the Northeast. Known for architecting operational turnarounds, stabilizing underperforming revenue cycles, and building scalable infrastructures that allow medical groups to grow intelligently without sacrificing compliance, patient experience, or profitability.
Across his career, Kerry has led initiatives spanning payer contract negotiations, out-of-network and workers’ compensation optimization, regulatory and billing compliance, workforce restructuring, call-center modernization, and full-cycle revenue cycle management (RCM). His leadership has consistently resulted in accelerated cash flow, reduced AR aging, cleaner claims, stronger payer leverage, and streamlined clinical and administrative workflows.
