Kerry is a nationally recognized healthcare executive with more than a decade of experience leading high-volume, multi-location surgical and specialty practices across the Northeast. He is known for architecting operational turnarounds, stabilizing underperforming revenue cycles, and building scalable infrastructures that allow medical groups to grow intelligently without sacrificing compliance, patient experience, or profitability.
Across his career, Kerry has led initiatives spanning payer contract negotiations, out-of-network and workers’ compensation optimization, regulatory and billing compliance, workforce restructuring, call-center modernization, and full-cycle revenue cycle management (RCM). His leadership has consistently resulted in accelerated cash flow, reduced AR aging, cleaner claims, stronger payer leverage, and streamlined clinical and administrative workflows. When a practice is bleeding revenue, struggling with denials, or drowning in operational chaos, Kerry is the person called to restore order and build long-term sustainability.
Certified in Practice Management, Revenue Cycle Leadership, and Financial Operations—and currently completing his MBA with a concentration in Healthcare Administration—Kerry serves as the operational architect that medical practices, surgical centers, and physician-owned groups rely on when they need decisive action, measurable outcomes, and an unwavering commitment to excellence.
